Customer Satisfaction – We guarantee that your product and imprint will arrive exactly as you approved or we’ll re-run your order, refund your money, or issue a credit to your account. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text that you provided to us so please make sure all personalization is correct and without errors. If your custom product has flaws or defects in workmanship then we will immediately repair your item(s) or you may return the order for a full refund (less shipping) within 15-days from receipt of order. Before returning any items, you must notify our customer service department and get a return authorization.
On Time Shipping – If your event date is missed because your order didn’t ship on time, we’ll refund your money. In 24 years of business, we haven’t missed an event date yet! Lowest Prices – If you find a lower current published price for your item within 10 days of placing your order, simply e-mail ad/product information to us and we’ll refund the difference. Refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order. Refund guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and/or goods in stock or service immediately available and the product, goods and/or service is priced accurately. Must be exact same product.
